Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By booking or receiving services from Pineland Home Solutions LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1 Definitions

  • "Company" refers to Pineland Home Solutions LLC.
  • "Client" refers to the person or entity requesting or booking home repair and improvement services.
  • "Services" refers to the home repair, improvement, or related services provided by the Company.

2 Services Provided

The Company will provide the Services as agreed, including type of work, scope, and any special instructions. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Drywall repair and installation
  • Interior and exterior painting
  • Carpentry and custom trim work
  • Tiling installation and repair
  • TV mounting and installation
  • Gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation
  • Holiday lighting installation and removal
  • Fencing and deck repair, staining, and painting
  • General home maintenance and handyman services

Any additional tasks requested during service may incur extra charges. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our sole discretion.


3 Booking & Scheduling

Services must be booked in advance through phone, email, or our online contact form. Our standard operating hours are Monday through Saturday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate preferred dates and times but cannot guarantee availability.
  • A confirmation message will be sent once the appointment is scheduled.
  • The Client or a designated adult representative must be available at the time of service, or grant access in writing.
  • Any pets must be secured away from the work area for the safety of both the animals and our team.

4 Pricing & Payment

All prices will be provided prior to work beginning. General payment policies include:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects.
  • Full payment is due upon completion of service and the final walkthrough, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of your estimate.
  • Invoices not paid within 15 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee.

Additional fees may apply for: unforeseen site conditions, client-requested scope changes, or significant increases in material costs. We will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding with any additional costs.


5 Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 48+ hours notice: Full cancellation with no fee.
  • 24–48 hours notice: May be subject to a rescheduling fee.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: May be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and travel costs.
  • No-show / no access: A trip fee may be charged if our team arrives and cannot access the property.

If the Company cancels due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or team availability, an alternative appointment will be offered at the earliest available time.


6 Client Obligations

The Client must provide:

  • Safe and unrestricted access to the property at the agreed-upon scheduled time.
  • Honest disclosure of any known hazardous materials, pre-existing damage, or conditions that may affect our work.
  • A reasonably clear and accessible work area prior to our arrival.
  • Presence or a designated responsible adult during the final walkthrough.

The Company is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed prior to the commencement of work, or for areas that are unsafe or inaccessible.


7 Estimates & Quotes

All estimates are based on a visual assessment of the work to be performed and information provided by the Client. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are not a guaranteed final price.

We are committed to transparency. If any change in price is necessary, we will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work or costs.


8 Warranty & Workmanship

Pineland Home Solutions LLC stands behind the quality of our work. We provide a 90-day workmanship warranty on labor for all completed projects, unless otherwise stated in writing. This warranty covers defects in workmanship resulting directly from our services. It does not cover:

  • Damage caused by the Client, third parties, or normal wear and tear.
  • Issues arising from pre-existing conditions not related to our scope of work.
  • Damage caused by acts of nature, flooding, or extreme weather events.
  • Materials or products supplied by the Client.

Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are separate from our workmanship warranty and are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms.


9 Damage & Liability

The Company is insured and takes every reasonable precaution to avoid damage. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

  • Minor wear, pre-existing conditions, or fragile items not disclosed prior to service are not covered.
  • Liability is limited to the cost of the service performed or documented replacement value, whichever is less.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.

Proof of general liability insurance is available upon request.


10 Satisfaction Guarantee

If the Client is not satisfied with the completed work, they must report concerns within 24 hours of service completion. The Company will make every reasonable effort to address the concern and, where appropriate, offer a correction at no extra cost.

11 Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal information and property details will be kept confidential. Staff may not photograph or record anything within the Client's property without prior permission.

By providing photos, reviews, or testimonials to us, you grant Pineland Home Solutions LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content in our marketing materials, website, and social media.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

Any legal disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cumberland County, North Carolina.


13 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
